Dog Toy Giveaway!

by Carrie Boyko, CEB
© Carrie Boyko
4 Dog Toys to Win!
Does Tanner look sad? Well, maybe that's because he knows I'm giving away these toys. He's a toy-motivated dog who loves nearly every toy he owns. My house looks like a childrens' daycare at the end of the day!

To win one of the toys below you must include your dog's breed/mix and weight or size in the Rafflecopter where required. I always fuss over assuring that prizes are appropriately sized so that no pup ever is in danger. Toys should be used with supervision so that you know your dog's play style and what toys are safe for him.

If you cannot see the Rafflecopter entry form below, please click on the post title to refresh and it should appear beneath the disclosure statement. Good luck. This giveaway will be open until midnight February 9. The winners will be announced on Friday evening, February 10, 2012. Best of luck to you all!

Full disclaimer: The toys in this giveaway are a combination of conference swag (free samples) and one item I purchased as a test of a website function. There is no purchase required to enter and US and Canadian entries will be accepted, with the exception of Quebec, where this giveaway is forbidden. I have not been compensated to give these toys away.

My new dog Pierson, a 50lb Border Collie mix, loves all his dog toys (kong, rope, plush, fleecy, etc). He is only about year old so he is experimenting his teeth on all sorts of things, whether dog toys or not. We're working on trying to teach him the difference between what's his and what isn't. I think having a variety of toys will keep him from experimenting on my stuff.

Our pups are both Basset Hounds... Jenny isn't very excited about most toys, but likes chew toys occasionally, and of course anything while you're playing with her. Miles loves anything that squeaks (especially stuffed toys).

I see the purple Kong wubba toy in your photo. My father's dog (a Neapolitan Mastiff) absolutely LOVES her Kong wubba. He's replaced it two or three times after she gets it torn apart, but each one lasts quite awhile. She carries it everywhere and loves to drop it in your lap (which is gross because it's always covered in dog slobber!) and play tug of war with it.
I would want to win that one to give her once her current one wears out!

Cassandra Godwin said...

I have a medium size dog around 35 lbs. She absolutely LOVES to play ball!

My Monet is a Lhasa Apso, she is about 17-20 lbs and loves just about any toy...she plays "soccer" with her balls, she shakes her chew toys and chews and throws her chewies. She would be happy with anything. Our house looks like yours. I put all her toys in a basket....she watches me with a sad face...and then when I turn my back she slowly takes each one out one by one, so they are back on the floor ready to play with when she wants. lol

Linda Kish said...

JJ is a 120lb Mastiff that likes anything that fits in his mouth and if it makes noise that's even better. He loves to chew things and make them squeak.

Both Benny & Sadie are Jack Russell Terriers weighing in around 13lbs each. Benny is ball crazy! That boy will chase a ball all the live-long day... His sister likes to "love" on soft toys and carry her "babies" around squeaking them. :)

Connie Black said...

My dog enjoys all toys, but the squeekier the better. My Daisy May is a 61 lb. English Springer Spaniel (yes, she is a bit overweight). :)

Jules said...

Ralphie is the first dog I've ever had who isn't ball or squeak-driven. I always had schnauzers before, and they all went nuts for squeaky or ball toys. Thus, he prefers soft toys. ;) Ralphie's also a standard longhaired dachshund of about 23 lbs (he's also back on that diet, he has to lose a pound or two, darn it - lol!)

I have 2 dogs. One of them is a golden retriever mix names Daisy and she is 45lbs. Daisy doesn't care much for toys. My other dog is my mystery mix. I don't know what she is but when I adopted her they said she was border collie mix which I do not see any in her. But I think she has some greyhound or whippet in her. Her name is Ginger and she is 42lbs. Ginger LOVES toys. She loves any kinds of toys. Ginger loves ball toys to play fetch with, she loves soft toys to rip the stuffing out of it, she loves tug toys to play tug of war with people & her sister, Daisy(this is the only time Daisy will play with a toy), and when no one is available to play with her she loves getting a chew toy out of her toy box to play with.

Rama's Mama said...

We filled in the rafflecopter info but didn't see anywhere on there to enter our info. Rama is a large dog. She is a Cane Corso. She LOVES soft floppy fuzzies (the kind with no stuffing)and hard nylabone chew bones.
