Pet News as Blogpaws Approaches

It's a busy time here at All Things Dog Blog. With family moves and weddings, Twitter Parties, and Blogpaws coming up, I've got my hands full. This post is sort of clean up work:

  • Have you entered to win a bottle of 'Mellow Out' to help your pup through this thunderstorm season? And what about the July 4th fireworks? The giveaway ends Thursday night, June 7 at midnight.
  • What about the #Gamma2Fresh Twitter Party? Have you taken advantage of all the opportunities to win airtight, patented pet food containers? 1-RSVP, 2-PreTweet, 3-Rafflecopter, 4-Show up early and be sure to check in! Don't forget the #Gamma2Fresh hashtag in each and every Tweet. For more tips, check the Twitter Party 101 section of my left sidebar.
  • There's another reason to join us for the #Gamma2Fresh party--information! We'll be sharing tips for checking your pet food for freshness, and keeping that expensive pet food fresh. Hopefully we'll help you save some bucks with our informative party, while winners will be flying at the speed of light.
  • Watch for a new series in the Saturday Weekly Wag, starting this weekend. I'll be venturing into the arena of CGC training, offering tips to help new Canine Good Citizen wannabes make their mark. Join me here each Saturday for more helpful advice.
  • Blogpaws is a conference of pet bloggers, pet product and service representatives, and pet media, where bloggers converge to learn, network, partner and have fun. What would you like me to learn that I can share with you? The comment link is open for business.
  • Thursday's opening of the Fido's Freebie Friday will see the return of kids book giveaways for our young, dog-loving readers. Join us at 4 PM on Thursday.
  • Did you see my mother's Papillon, Jacque, in yesterday's post? What a cutie; he just moved into our area, so we plan on spending more time with him and hopefully you'll get to see a bit more of him also.
Happy tails!

i would love to go, but i would like to know abt really good, flea/tick items, no chemicals, that really work.....i have been reading on some other dog blogs abt things, i have tried many, i just hate to resort to the chemicals....but the fleas and tick are so bad this year....and also some good whitening shampoo w/ no bleach...the best items to keep your children's teeth in the best shape, other than brushing...which does not always work and some dogs simply hate....thank you.
