Fido's Freebie Friday Loves Doga: Yoga with Dogs!

The boys and I have been very busy developing and creating a series of Yoga videos for pet parents to help them gain a basic understanding of how we can all work out at home with our dogs, allowing us to bond while we stay fit. This project has turned out to be quite a journey, teaching me a lot more than I bargained for. I'm now on the road to a whole new way of working out, and enjoying every minute of it.
