Weight Management Wednesday?

Oh Dear! Oh My! Oh Goodness!
Oliver promises he didn't eat those extra treats...the missing ones. But here he is facing the cruel truth on the bathroom scale. He's 8 oz. over his 10 lb. ideal weight. Ugg.

You can bet he'll be giving the Organix Weight Management a try. We'll also add green beans, an extra lap in the pool, and 2 extra laps around the neighborhood each week. That ought to do it before bathing suit season kicks in.

Oh wait! That already happened here in Florida. Hmmmmm.....I guess I'll have to pull out all the stops and add more biking as well. Oliver loves to bike. Sometimes he even pulls me on the bike, which seems impossible for a 10.5 lb. dog, but this little fella is a trooper. Watch for yourself:

How do you keep your dog's weight under control? Feel free to share any tips you wish below. And before you leave, don't forget to check out our huge giveaway. I'd hate to see you miss an opportunity to win 25 lbs. of Organix. That's almost criminal!

Me and my dogs walk and play often. My dogs get a set amount of measured food and we occasionally go to the vet to use their scale to see if there has been a change of weight. On our recent visit, Maya had gained 2 lbs over the winter so the vet said to cut back her food and treats a little. Pierson gained 2 lbs too but considering how skinny he was when I found him, this is a good thing.

Hi Y'all,

Just stopped by to say "hi" and see how y'all are doing. 'Cause of my food allergies, I get stuck with fewer rations and treats. :(

Hope y'all are having a great week!

Y'all come by now,
Hawk aka BrownDog

Wow, Oliver gets quite a bit of exercise! Where on earth did that 1/2 a pound come from?

Sarah's weight is a constant issue, so I carefully measure every single bite of food she gets. If I get lazy, it shows quickly. Though she's much stronger than when I adopted her, Sarah's still pretty limited in what she can do in terms of physical activity.

Way to go Oliver!! That's great you are being such a great sport. We are starting some training as well. For the weiner races that is... :) Happy WW. Don't work out too much. ~Weinerful Gang~
