Pet Events Mean Fun for Everyone

by Carrie Boyko, CEB

Event Barkers is gaining steam quickly. After last week's Red Carpet Cat, which sadly was missing the @AllThingsDog Twitter handle :(, Paris and I are busily preparing for growth.

Event Barkers Promo Pack
We're looking for new ways to get the word out about our parties. We have some new options available and you can win prizes by exploring them in the Rafflecopter below. We don't want you to miss a single party!

Just for availing yourself of additional ways to keep up with our events, you'll be entered to win a copy of Dogtipper's book, Barkonomics: Tips for Frugal Fidos, an All Things Dog Blog bandana (size appropriate), a dog training video, 1 box of Zukes treats, and a dog toy. That's a total value of nearly $50! It's that easy!

Entries begin now and will continue through midnight Thursday, March 15. One prize package will be given away by each of our blogs: 2 winners! Enjoy!

Note: Canadian winners will receive a substitute prize for the dog treats, due to border regulations regarding the shipment of pet food.

Helpful Tip: If you do not see the Rafflecopter entry form below, simply refresh the page by clicking on the title and it will appear just beneath this line:

My favorites are the newsletter, Facebook and blog. Twitter is my least favorite because I get a jillion tweets an hour from so many companies, that it's incredibly time consuming to keep up with them. I enjoy Twitter parties, but otherwise I don't follow Twitter much.

I like using Twitter. I can post all the giveaways and everything without worrying about everyone getting upset with the posts on Facebook.

Is anyone else having problems with the Rafflecopter? The other giveaways are fine, but I can't get this one to display, despite several refreshes, for some reason.

@Julie: We've heard from Rafflecopter that there is a new issue involving a change at Twitter. They are working with Twitter to come up with a quick fix. Thanks for your patience; it appears to be working on and off...??? Go figure!

Lisa said...

Anybody else not having Rafflecopter show up for this today? I've refreshed many times and even restarted my computer, but no luck. :(

Carrie, with Tanner and Oliver said...

Hello @Lisa: Rafflecopter appears to still be coming and going. I've received entries shortly before and after your comment, so it's just spotty for some reason. Sorry for the problem. Rafflecopter is working diligently to fix it.

Lisa said...

Thanks for the info! (Saw another question about it after I had already commented, LOL.)

:( Still not working.

Carrie, with Tanner and Oliver said...

Rafflecopter has reported back again and is working to resolve the issue with Twitter. It does appear to work for some, so feel free to refresh the post and give it a try. Thanks for your patience.

Carrie, with Tanner and Oliver said...

Yay! Rafflecopter has deployed a fix and we're up and running again. Get those entries in through the 15th of March.

I read your newsletters :)

I subscribe via email to your blog posts. That's how I like to keep up. I like posting on Twitter, but for me, it is hard to get all the information from one Tweet or there's never enough time because there are so many people to follow and keep up with on Twitter. So blog post in the email it is for me!
