Woof and Meow, Part I: Dogs and Cats' Stuff--Stop the Treasure Hunt

Hopes to Nab a Doggie Dinner
Facts:

  • Cat food is not healthy for dogs to eat
  • Cat poop is not healthy for dogs to eat
  • Cat litter is not healthy for dogs to eat
So why do so many dogs love the stuff? For starters, it smells of cat: cat dander, cat urine, cat poop, and cat food. Let's face it, most of our Fidos will eat any protein you put in front of them. I know there are a few finicky pups out there, but they sure don't live at my house. So, let's get down to the business of stopping Woof from scavenging every inch of Meow's area for all things edible. Then, we'll move on to helping them live together happily.

Finally, let's give away some really big prizes. Are you with me? Okay. Meet me here tomorrow, and we'll go over the prize package....

Oh, heck! Let's go ahead and announce the prize giveaway right now. Might as well kick this series off with a bang. First, though, let me mention a more timely matter.

One of the sponsors of this nice prize giveaway is World's Best Cat Litter. They've started a campaign to give cat litter to kitty rescues--a noble cause indeed. You can help simply by voting for the cause at Give Litter. Each vote will provide a pound of litter to kitty rescues in the L.A. area. World's Best Cat Litter thanks you for your vote, and for helping kitties in rescue facilities.

Now, back to the goodies. Four prize packages will be given away at the end of this Woof and Meow series. Three of these packages will include the following:
  • A reusable tote bag stuffed with a bag of World's Best Cat Litter
  • A sample bottle of Hartz Nodor Litter Spray, with new odor encapsulating technology, to leave Meow's litter box smelling fresh and clean all day long.
  • Rachel Ray's Nutrish brand dog food sample
  • Each package will have a surprise as well--treats, Tshirts, books, or another goody for you, Woof or Meow.
(Drum Roll, please) And the Grand Prize, to be awarded to ONE LUCKY WINNER, is a Litter-Robot, the newest technology in automatic litter cleaning cat boxes:

Wow! Nice stuff. My sister sure could use something like that for her cats. Something like the litter robot might keep my little nephew out too.
