I just discovered a book called Barking Buddha: Simple Soul Stretches for Yogi and Dogi. Apparently we're not the only ones talking up the healthful benefits of Doga. I'll check out this book and get back to you. Meanwhile, you can start a Doga workout right here, by joining us each Saturday in the Weekly Wag, where we're sharing a series of Doga poses in video form. Grab your dog and a yoga mat and come with an open mind. The goal is to get in a good stretch while you bond with your dog. Maybe Fido will even get a bit of stretching when he's ready. Give him time, though! He may take a while to come around to your shenanigans on the floor.
