Fetching Fun Wishbone Flyer Giveaway

by Carrie Boyko, CEB

No More Sore Arms
 from Throwing
Is your dog ready? Calling all Fetch Fanatics; Tanner has a giveaway for you that is ideal for dogs who have a fence available and lots of space to run after balls.

We're not talking about short flings like the ones I make when I throw. Yes, I do throw like a girl. But seriously, I'm talking about long flings of up to 75 feet!

If you've got a dog that will love this sort of activity, check out my Wishbone Flyers review at this link. If your Fido is already wagging his tail, this is a giveaway for you. Chihuahuas need not apply. We're looking for fetchers, runners and ball-driven dogs. Step up and join the fun.

If a little Fetch training is needed, we can help with that also: Teaching Your Dog to Fetch. Need more help? I've got a series that helps when your dogs needs more intense work. Drop me a note at AllThingsDogBlog@gmail.com and I'll send you the links to the whole series.

Artie loves to fetch balls, and he does it with gusto. He hops off the floor as he is running to get the bouncing ball. He will fetch in water too.

My dog has a red rubber ball that he loves to chase after.

Sissy likes to fetch her small stuffed toys. Her favorites though are her no stuffing flamingo and fox. She will chase and fetch tennis balls and her favorite one of those is a kong one because it bounces on the carpet and grass.

Jeanne, that's exactly why I created the Wishbone Flyer. I work from home and Maya the GSD is an insatiable ball fetcher. Kong balls are heavy and my arm was killing me. Now we kill her (with tiredness) instead.

this would definitely save my arm lol

This is awesome! I'm a little concerned the toy could end up several yards away though. :-)

Labs will fetch anything you will throw, but mine loves tennis balls and donuts.

Dexter is all about tennis balls! We have a Chuck-it in both cars, plus two at home. Everywhere we go, we play fetch!

@Rachel: You're right about the distance. This is definitely a tool that requires the right venue--one with plenty of safe space to run!

Bentley likes to fetch his stuff toys or a ball. I usually throw it across the yard or the room and he takes off like a rocket to retrieve it.

Kody is an all ball dog! He will fetch until he physically can't anymore if you let him. It's his most favorite thing to do! If you throw the ball far and he doesn't see where it went he will sniff and hunt that ball down until he finds it
: )

evie is the fetcher of my 3 girls. except whanever, evie is going after, harley beats her to it, then leaves it alone, she just does it out of spite and being the baby...evie loves balls, any size, even when she was a baby. she also will fetch sticks, hats, frizbees, but evie loves her balls, she will play until she is totally worn out....my house is full of balls, all sizes just for evie.......

any kind of ball

My lab beagle mix Shadow loves to fetch but runs so fast she often flips herself over stopping to grab ball. It's quite funny.

Two of mine really like to fetch tennis size balls. One likes bigger balls like soccer size and the other won't fetch at all.

Mine love to fetch his tennis ball!

Deanna said...

she like squeaky tiny tennis balls. But she'll only fetch 4-5 times then she gets bored

Of my 4, only one likes to fetch! He will go after anything that is thrown for him. The only problem is he doesn't like to bring the toy back.

My dog is actually a recent rescue from my local shelter. She is just starting to understand what toys are for - she doesn't yet fetch but we are training with a clicker and a treat-stuffed ball. I expect she will be fetching like a pro in no time!
