When I first moved it was nearly impossible to find anywhere along south FL to take your dog. After about 2 weeks of searching, I found a great place about 20 minutes from my home that I absolutely love. the downside is that EVERYBODY within an hour radius of this beach brings their dog there so it is always crowded. I hope that in time more beaches will open up to bringing our four legged friends with us.Benhttp://www.dailydogdish.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1606641452257293345.post-3400630701932166642011-11-15T07:25:53.205-05:002011-11-15T07:25:53.205-05:00That is amazing, that you have so few dog friendly...That is amazing, that you have so few dog friendly beaches in FL. Here in the UK they are slowly making beaches less dog friendly - they started restricting the times of year dogs are allowed on the beaches and then stop them altogether. What these areas dont realise is the number of people that bring their dogs down and then spend money in that local area - they stop it because of 1 or 2 bad owners, out of the 1000's that visit. very frustrating.

Chris
Always looking out for a great Pet Friendly Cottage to share.claytshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07646871634983740130noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1606641452257293345.post-15955547149715744772011-03-13T22:03:52.296-04:002011-03-13T22:03:52.296-04:00your pups are great! Most beaches specify dogs can only be on the beach off-lead between 8pm-7am, and must be on-lead at all other times. This means that people who don't want to have dogs around them at the beach can visit during 7am-8pm and have few encounters with dogs, at least off lead.Teganhttp://leemakennels.com/blognoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1606641452257293345.post-35339721081499013622011-03-12T00:36:26.488-05:002011-03-12T00:36:26.488-05:00I got my book "Two Plus Four Equals One"...I got my book "Two Plus Four Equals One" today.
