Don't worry. I'm not peddling subscriptions. What I am doing is handing off swag and freebies that I have gotten in multiples. After all, why send them to the recycle bin when you guys can enjoy reading them.
I've got copies of FIDO Friendly, Life + Dog, and Moderndog--a total of 8 magazines. These 8 magazines will go to 8 of you, drawn from comments alone. This giveaway is quite different from my usual fare, so please read carefully:

I think giving away magazines on your site might be good or might be bad. Everyone is always interested in stuff like treats but a magazine is something that, once you have a subscription, you are no longer interested. Many of your readers may already be subscribed so they won't enter your giveaway.

I already have a couple of the magazines you mentioned but we would still love to win. I would love the chance to read the ones I don't subscribe too and I would pass the others on to some of my bestest doggie friends (one of which doesn't have a job and can't afford subscriptions)
I would be interested in Magazines, I subscribe to BARK and I would love to learn more about other magazines.

ReplyDeleteIn this digital age, I still enjoy reading "old fashioned" books and magazines. I often keep magazines with interesting articles and refer back to them when situations arise later. I know that it's nice & easy to "google" something for information, but I like the satisfaction of being able to hand an article to someone to see as I refer to it. That way we can discuss it, they don't have to worry about looking it up later or forgetting what it was I was trying to describe for them.
